Legionella Ready service terms

Service

Legionella Ready provides a record, scheduling and guidance system for premises water controls. It does not certify legal compliance, replace a suitable and sufficient risk assessment, or replace competent professional advice.

Customer responsibility

The customer remains responsible for identifying the legal dutyholder, appointing competent people, choosing controls appropriate to the water system and acting on failures. Using the service does not itself appoint anyone as dutyholder or responsible person.

Registering interest

Building a site and registering interest is free and creates no subscription or obligation. The map you build is kept with your registration so it is ready if you later subscribe.

Record retention

When a future subscription ends, existing records are designed to remain readable and exportable.

To be completed when the operating company is incorporated.
