How account and site information is used

Information collected

When you register interest: your email address and the site map you built (site name, postcode, premises type, buildings, rooms and outlets). If a subscription service opens later: account and billing contact details, named water-safety roles, operational records, equipment details and technical security records.

Why it is used

To hold your map for you, to contact you about Legionella Ready opening, and — for subscribers later — to provide the service, attribute permanent records and meet legal obligations. Registered interest details are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Where it is kept

Registrations are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in an append-only record. No card or bank details are collected at registration.

Retention and access

You can ask for your registration to be shown to you, corrected or deleted at any time by replying to any contact from us.
